What we collect
Your name and email address when you create an account, and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password itself. As you study we record which questions you answered, whether the answer was correct, how long you took, and which questions you bookmarked or reported. When you pay, we keep the details you send us — how you paid, the amount, the reference number, the payer’s name, the date and any receipt you upload — so we can check the payment and keep a record of it. Receipts are seen only by our team.
Why we collect it
To run your account, show your progress and weak areas, enforce free and paid access, and improve the question bank. Reported problems with questions are used to correct errors.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the site, such as payment processing, and only what is necessary. We may disclose information where required by law.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored on servers we control, with access restricted to people who need it. Backups are taken regularly.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and data. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time. This policy is intended to meet our obligations under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email.
